No Flying Blues

It's been over a month since I last flew. My solo endorsement expired two days after my last flight, so I needed to get with Rich to have it renewed. We scheduled flights 3 or 4 times only to have them cancelled due to weather.

Then I won a motion in a case pending in Atlanta. Winning motions is generally a good thing, but this win triggered a 30-day deadline to pretty much have the case ready for trial. The last few weeks had me in the office every single day, often for 14+ hours. The deadline was for today, and I was ready. My opponent, however, was not ready and begged the judge for a one-week extension. So now I'm ready with the deadline a week away.

I'm dying to fly.... I have so little to finish before being ready for my checkride, but I'm back to the scheduling nightmare. I'm trying to coordinate with Rich, but it's looking like it may be a week or two before we can get our schedules together. And in the meantime, my solo endorsement is expired so I can't do anything! Aaargh! I'm SO CLOSE!
